The 2020 Census will help allocate over a trillion dollars in federal funds over the next decade to our hospitals, schools, roads, and more. It will help draw legislative districts so we can elect people representative of our diverse communities. Yet diverse communities are notoriously undercounted in the Census which means less resources and less political representation. The #BeCounted campaign seeks to promote their participation so we are ALL accurately counted. #BeCounted was launched by Harness, an organization co-founded by America Ferrera, Ryan Piers Williams, and Wilmer Valderrama to engage artists in social change.
