Mindy Pflug

Operations Manager

Mindy Pflug, Operations Coordinator, assists in the management of operations, finance, and fundraising systems for Harness. Mindy has spent five years in operations at a variety of nonprofits that aim to support gender, disability, and racial justice. She graduated from the University of California, San Diego with a B.A. in Public Policy and Critical Gender Studies and is currently earning her M.A. in Cultural Studies and Gender Studies at Claremont Graduate University. Mindy is passionate about building empathy as a way of embodying social justice liberation and is excited to be a part of the Harness team in order to cultivate this.

In her spare time, Mindy enjoys connecting with nature through swimming, hiking, and stargazing during road trips to the desert. She also enjoys all things related to astrology as a way of visualizing and understanding each person’s both unique and shared paths in life and place in the collective.
